Several have mentioned that they aren't able to delete a post originated by the person.

Has anyone been successful? If so, how? If not, I'm wondering if Tony can add this to this excellent program?

Do you want to delete your own post?

I've never tried to delete my own post, but if it's not possible, you can delete the text from a post.

Log in, go to the post, click the "Edit" button (at the bottom of the post) and delete the text. Since you can't post with no text, type an X or something else and click Sumbit.

Thanks B. Erasing isn't quite the same as Deleting. I'm hoping a moderator will tell us how or nudge Tony to add that feature to the program. smile wink

We had a poster here years ago who liked to try and screw with members and their posts, had several different names. It might have been modified because of him. But Tony can fill you in better.

Reilly, yes, I know erasing isn't the same as deleting, but your original post was not very clear. It wasn't clear whether you wanted to delete your own post or the post of another forum member.

I thought these forum branches had moderators that members could contact. I've never tried it, so can't help.
