Glovers is the best. IMO, one of the top dive locations in the world. Very little traffic, has not been beat to death by idiots who do not know how to dive. Current can be a challenge at times, but it is amazing.
Glovers Atoll but stay at Isla Marisol (at Glovers Atoll)and you won't be disappointed. just a 5 minute boat ride to your dive spots (I'm not kidding). It's an hour and a half from Hopkins each way! Excellent dive masters and depending on the time of year you could be by yourselves, just you the dive master and the boat captain. I have seen it many times. Miss Jen's cooking is to die for. My wife and I have been their 8 times. We are booked again for next year.

Spent the day yesterday with a dive master from Hopkins. We lion fish speared all day. What a blast! Went from Southern Long Caye to Tabacco Caye. Two free divers and us with tanks on. Filled a 150 Qt cooler.

Gladden Spit : More or less due east of Placencia, Gladden Spit is a world-renowned spot for diving with massive whale sharks. This mid-ocean site is the natural spawning ground for a variety of marine species.
